Where should I start?

Choose a diagnostic to identify what is misaligned, a Blueprint to define the brand, or a Growth Strategy to reach one specific goal. If you need all three connected, choose the Brand and Growth System. The starting-point questionnaire helps you choose.

Does the Blueprint include the Audit?

It includes a focused alignment review to inform the brand foundation, not the full standalone Audit report.

Does the Growth Strategy include a complete Blueprint?

No. It uses an established offer and working brand foundation to address one growth goal. If you need the foundation and growth path together, the Brand and Growth System connects that work.

How are the System and Intensive different?

The $1,199 System includes two working sessions and one refinement round. The $1,999 Intensive includes three to four sessions, stakeholder participation, deeper competitive and market review, multiple audience or offer considerations, expanded go-to-market strategy, a team presentation, two refinement rounds, and thirty days of post-delivery advisory access.

When will I receive my deliverable?

The three standalone products take 2–3 business days after payment, completed intake, and required materials are received. Complete engagements are scheduled across multiple weeks for sessions and refinement, with the schedule agreed before payment. Brainstorm scheduling is agreed individually.

Can I upgrade after starting small?

Audit to Blueprint: book within 30 days and pay $300 more ($599 total investment). Audit to Growth Strategy: book within 30 days and pay $500 more ($799 total investment). Audit to Brand and Growth System: apply the full $299 Audit fee, leaving $900 remaining. Blueprint to Growth Strategy: book within 60 days for $499 instead of $599. Prior purchase and the qualifying period are verified before a private upgrade checkout link or promotion code is issued. These are conditional upgrades, not automatic discounts on public checkout links.

Who executes the recommendations?

Your team or execution partners handle production. Kristin provides strategy, direction and priorities. Strategic Activation provides ongoing oversight for $1,500/month with a three-month minimum. Optional Execution Support is $500/month and is handled by a separate resource, not Kristin.

Can we customize the scope?

Yes. Start with the core engagement and discuss additional scope before work begins. Project add-ons are available. Logo design, graphic design, full website copy, campaign production, advertising management, social media management and unlimited revisions are not included in these strategy offers.
